Cancellations must be made in writing.  For cancellations received on or before September 21, 2009, the registration fee will be refunded (minus a USD150 administration fee). For cancellations received after this date and before or on September 21, 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.  No shows will be billed for the full amount and will NOT be refunded.
