The carrier previously operated the route from 2016 until the end of 2019. “The company is delighted to have the opportunity to resume operations on this route after its suspension at the end of 2019. With the recommencement of flights to Saipan, Hong Kong Airlines will continue to expand its network in the Asia-Pacific region, offering passengers a more diverse range of travel options and further consolidating Hong Kong's position as a major international aviation hub” said the airline in the statement.
