SpiceJet to increase 2025 religious pilgrimage schedule

Read More » The airline has secured rights to operate about 100 flights from Gaya, Guwahati, Kolkata and Srinagar to the Middle East. The pilgrimage flights, to be operated with both wide-bodies and narrow-bodies have been calculated to generate revenue of 1.9 billion rupee (US$22 million) for the LCC. “Haj operations are not just a significant revenue generator for SpiceJet but a matter of immense pride,” SpiceJet chief business officer, Debojo Maharshi, said. “We are honoured to contribute to such an important and spiritual journey for thousands of pilgrims and are fully committed to delivering a seamless, comfortable and memorable travel experience.”
