Virgin Australia celebrates arrival of first Embraer E190-E2 jet

Read More » Embraer E190-E2, with the registration VH-E2A “Coral Bay”, is the 1,900th E-Jet delivered to customers since the type was launched in 2004. “These aircraft are perfectly designed for the challenging climates and environments we operate in and offer our customers a spacious and comfortable in-flight experience,” Rohrlach said. Australian Aviation reports the first FIFO service operated by the E190-E2 will be Perth-Boolgeeda starting on October 27. Perth-Newman will be the inaugural scheduled passenger service. It will operate from November 14.
