Cathay Pacific returning to Seattle; increasing Dallas-Fort Worth to daily

Cathay Pacific will resume nonstop Hong Kong-Seattle next March 30 after pausing the route at the start of the pandemic. Read More » The five times a week schedule will be flown with three-class A350-900s. Seattle will be the flag carrier’s ninth destination in North America alongside Hong Kong to Boston, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver. "We are excited to resume direct passenger flights to Seattle, reinforcing our goal to deepen business and cultural ties between Hong Kong and a dynamic tech hub in the United States," Cathay chief customer and commercial officer, Lavinia Lau, said. "This route provides greater convenience for our customers and supports growing demand for connectivity between Asia and North America, particularly among travellers from China and India." Cathay also will up gauge Hong Kong-Dallas Fort Worth from four times a week to daily starting on October 26.
