Government steps up efforts to enhance Hong Kong as an aviation super hub

The Hong Kong Government has established the Advisory Committee on Development of International Aviation Superhub (ACDIAS). Read More » It replaces the former Aviation Development & Three-Runway System Advisory Committee. It is tasked with delivering strategic advice on aviation policy, development of the Airport City and the integration of 3RS operations with surrounding infrastructure and civil aviation projects. The Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong (SARHK) government said ACDIAS will play a key role in reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as a global aviation hub and ensuring alignment between airport expansion and broader development goals.
