Embraer delivered 62 aircraft in the third quarter of this year, “a marginal improvement” compared with second quarter 2025 (61) and third quarter 2024 (59), respectively, the OEM said.

New Western Sydney International Airport is planning its first jet landing at month end; an emergency response test to be conducted with the New South Wales Rural Fire Service 737 Large Air Tanker, N138CG “Marie Bashir”. The multi-agency, full-scale aerodrome emergency exercise is scheduled for October 28 and October 29.

Korean Air will diversify its business portfolio to the wider aerospace sector to secure next-generation growth engines beyond the airline group’s conventional passenger and cargo businesses.

Vietnam Airlines is selling a holding, not to exceed 49%, in its 100%-owned subsidiary and jet fuel distributor Skypec.
