Singapore Changi Airport maintains passenger number growth in third quarter

Singapore’s Changi Airport handled 17.3 million passenger movements in the third quarter of 2025, a 3.1% year-on-year increase, Changi Airport Group (CAG) said. Read More » The airport recorded nearly six million passenger movements in July, 5.9 million in August, and 5.5 million in September. CAG’s top sources of passengers were China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and India. Among the top 10 markets, China and Vietnam recorded the strongest year-on-year growth, at 9.7% and 11.3% respectively. The top five city links for the quarter were Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Denpasar (Bali), and Shanghai, with the Singapore-Jakarta route posting double-digit growth. From January to September, Changi Airport handled about 52 million passenger movements – around 2 million more than the same period in 2024.
