Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, AAR Corp, has acquired the HAECO Americas business from HAECO Group for US$78 million in an all-cash transaction. "The acquisition of HAECO Americas enables AAR to meet additional customer demand and to optimize its footprint over time," AAR Corp said.

Air Lease Corporation reported net profit rose 47.8% to US$135.4 million in the three months to September 30 2025, from US$91.6 million in the prior year. Revenue was 5.1% higher at US$725.4 million, Air Lease said in a regulatory filing.

Boeing has completed the sale of its AerData, ForeFlight, Jeppesen and OzRunways businesses, which are part of the company’s Digital Aviation Solutions unit, to software investment firm, Thoma Bravo, for US$10.6 billion. "The completion of this sale strengthens Boeing’s capital structure and allows Boeing to focus on core business, including the retained Digital Services portfolio," Boeing said in a regulatory filing.

Embraer has reaffirmed its commercial aircraft delivery guidance of between 77 and 85 airplanes in calendar 2025 after reporting net profit fell 34.8% to US$116.6 million in the three months to September 30 2025, from US$178.8 million in the same quarter in 2024. Revenue rose 18.4% to US$2 billion, Embraer said in a regulatory filing.

Electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) company, Eve Holding, has reported a net loss of US$46.9 million for the three months to September 30 2025, compared with a net loss of US$35.8 million in the same three months in 2024. The company, which is in a pre-revenue phase while its eVTOL aircraft and urban air mobility systems are in development, said the increased loss was due to higher research and development costs.
