Read More » The LCC has scheduled five flights a week on the route with A321LR aircraft. It will be the Qantas Group carrier’s 11th nonstop Australia-Bali route and second from Melbourne to the popular Indonesia tourist destination alongside existing flights from Tullamarine. In addition to the new Bali route, Jetstar is also starting flights from Avalon - located about 55km west of the Melbourne central business district - to Adelaide and adding more flights to Brisbane. "This is a massive step forward for Jetstar at Melbourne Avalon Airport," Jetstar Group CEO, Stephanie Tully, said. "Whether it’s a family holiday in Bali or a weekend away in Adelaide or Brisbane, these services give Victorians even more options to take off more, for less." The flights are supported by the Victorian government.
