Tigerair Taiwan to link Taichung with Okinawa from late March

Tigerair Taiwan announced it will optimize its route network from Taichung in Central Taiwan by transferring the capacity from the currently operated Taichung-Macau route to the Taichung-Okinawa (Naha) route, launched on March 30, 2026. Read More » The new service will be operated twice a week. “With the opening of the Taichung-Okinawa route, Tigerair Taiwan becomes the only airline in Taiwan to offer direct flights to Okinawa from Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and other areas,” the China Airlines’ (CAL) LCC said in the statement.
