Tigerair Taiwan reaffirms “zero tolerance” for violence against its employees

We firmly believe that every colleague who works diligently deserves the respect they are due,” the LCC said in a statement. “In the face of passenger attacks on cabin crew members, Tigerair Taiwan will do its utmost to protect the legal rights of its employees and has engaged lawyers to assist the employees involved in establishing a safe workplace environment,” it added. Tigerair stated that aggressive passengers have been placed on a no-boarding list and that the company will pursue legal action against any such passengers who endanger flight safety. “Tigerair Taiwan has always considered flight safety and workplace safety as core aspects of its business operations. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and reassuring flying environment,” the LCC declared.
