Malaysia Airlines spotlights India Premier League side Mumbai Indians on A330-300

Malaysia Airlines has unveiled a special livery featuring India Premier League cricket team, Mumbai Indians, to be painted on one of its A330-300 widebodies. Read More » The fuselage is in blue from the nose to just before the tail and features the Mumbai Indians logo, as well as a crescent and 14-point star seen on the Malaysia flag aft of the wing. The Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) airline said the special livery A330-300 was expected to begin flying later this year. "India remains a key growth market for Malaysia Airlines as we continue to strengthen our presence and connectivity across the region," MAG CEO of airline business, Bryan Foong, said. "This collaboration with Mumbai Indians allows us to go beyond traditional aviation partnerships by integrating cultural relevance into our brand experience. It reflects our commitment to building meaningful, long-term connections with customers while reinforcing Malaysia Airlines as a carrier that connects people, places and passions across our global network." Malaysia Airlines flies 10 times a week to Mumbai from its Kuala Lumpur hub.
