China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (CALC) has signed an agreement to sell one A321 to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Development Holding Co. The transaction was expected to close by the end of October, CALC said in a regulatory filing.

Aircraft engineering and maintenance company, HAECO and Fly Meta Group have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, including airframe maintenance, line maintenance, engine services, landing gear maintenance and composite materials services. The pair will also work together on component maintenance and repair for Fly Meta’s 747F and 777F freighter fleet.

Still with HAECO, the Hong Kong-headquartered company has extended its agreement with Airbus covering radome maintenance services in Mainland China.

The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) said international air services remain safe despite the growing outbreak of the ebola disease in Africa.
