China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co has announced in a regulatory filing Baker Tilly China Certified Public Accountants and Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited as its new accounting firms, replacing BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP and BDO Limited.
Honeywell has announced its automation and aerospace businesses will be known as Honeywell Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace, respectively, following the split of the two firms into two independent, publicly listed companies on June 29.
Plaza Premium Group has opened its ALLWAYS Concierge service counter at Hong Kong International Airport’s (HKIA) new Terminal 2. The service counter offers meet and assist, concierge and limousine services and builds on its existing seven service counters in Terminal 1. Further services such as luggage wrapping, porters, wheelchair assistance, printing and photocopying, document delivery and battery recharge services will be rolled out at the Terminal 2 service counter in the period ahead.
