ANA reports double-digit lift in international passengers for fourth straight month

All Nippon Airways (ANA) flew 800,592 passengers on its international network in May, up 15.4% from 693,668 flown in the same month in 2025, extending its run of double-digit, year-on-year growth for its overseas flying to four consecutive months. Read More » The Star Alliance member’s International capacity, or available seat kilometres (ASK), expanded 4.7%, while demand, measured by revenue passenger kilometres (RPK), was 12% higher in the month. With demand rising faster than capacity, passenger load factor improved 5.5 percentage points to 84.9%. There was also passenger growth on ANA’s domestic network, albeit at a more moderate pace - passengers carried rose 4.8% to 3.7 million. ANA lifted domestic capacity 8.2% in the month, while RPKs climbed 5.7%. Passenger load factor on its domestic flights was down 1.7 percentage points at 71.1%.
