Philippine Airlines considering U.S. dollar denominated capital raising

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has appointed Deutsche Bank as sole global coordinator and BNP Paribas as joint bookrunner as it explores a proposed capital raising through the issuance of U.S.-dollar denominated senior notes. Read More » The two financial firms have been tasked with arranging a series of fixed income investor meetings and calls in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the U.S. commencing today (June 29). "The notes are expected to be rated Ba2 by Moody’s and BB by Fitch, and will be issued by Primero Agila Limited," PAL said. Primero is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAL.
