HAECO has received a contract extension from Japan Airlines to supply maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services covering the carrier’s 737, 767, 777, 787 and A350 aircraft at its Xiamen workshop. The new contract runs through to 2033.
Still with HAECO, the Hong Kong-headquartered company will add a specialised modular replacement service for Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines’ intermediate pressure compressor and high pressure compressor at its London Heathrow facility.
Safran Landing Systems completed a 7,500 square metre extension of its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Singapore. The US$22 million investment to expand the facility was supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board. SIA Engineering Company partners with Safran Landing Systems on this workshop, which provides landing gear overhauls on Airbus, ATR and Boeing aircraft.
