Philippine Airlines (PAL) has extended the travel period for its “2026 Mabuhay Miles Extravaganza” program to September 30, 2027, and added more award seats to its domestic and international network. Mabuhay Miles members can redeem flights at up to 50% off until October 12, 2026.
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Weixin Pay to enhance the travel booking experience for Chinese travelers. The collaboration will support the launch and adoption of Malaysia Airlines’ planned Weixin Mini Program through joint campaigns across the Weixin ecosystem and the airline’s own marketing channels.
Virgin Australia said it will bring back the Pride Flight on March 5, 2027, with two key celebration flights departing Melbourne and Brisbane to Sydney. “Pride Flight was a home-grown idea from our people at Virgin Australia, and it’s incredible to see how it has grown into an event that our team, our guests and the community look forward to every year,” said Virgin Australia Chief Customer Officer and Velocity Frequent Flyer CEO, Andrew Cleary.
Air India and Tata Communications announced the launch of EasyRoam, an Air India-branded travel SIM offering international roaming services, developed in partnership with Tata Communications. EasyRoam is currently available as an eSIM, offering Air India guests access to voice and data services while traveling internationally.
