China maintains lead as world’s top domestic air passenger market

India (two million) was in third position, followed by Indonesia (two million) and India at number five with 1.6 million passengers. Airlines have eliminated about 10 million seats from their April schedules in the past week as they adjust to the latest changes in travel restrictions and demand, OAG said.
