Cebu Pacific has contracted with Airinmar for the supply of warranty management and value engineering support services.

Lion Air Group subsidiary, Batik Air Malaysia, has accepted delivery of two 737-8 MAXs from lessor Aergo Capital.

Embraer has announced its E-jet program has delivered its 1,700th aircraft. The milestone E-jet was an E195-E2 accepted by KLM Cityhopper via lessor Aircastle.

In a regulatory filing to Singapore's SGX exchange, SATS Ltd said it had not decided on the funding structure for its proposed acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services announced last month. The filing was to “address certain statements in media reports in connection with the proposed equity fund raising”, SATS said, adding it will fund the acquisition with a combination of equity, hybrid securities, debt and/or cash.
