Read More » The terms and conditions of the deal are being negotiated, NYK said, with the aim of concluding the sale by October 1 this year. NCA operates eight 747-8F freighters and has five 747-400F freighters flown by other airlines. “We are expanding our business, but NYK and ANAHD agree it will more efficient to achieve tasks such as renewal of fleets and training of maintenance/flight operations by joining the ANA group to provide highly qualified and competitive transportation services,” NCA said.
