Taiwan’s EVA Air flew 693,382 passengers last month, down 6.2% from the 739,403 customers it carried in January. Read More » Despite the decline, the result was almost 30 times higher than the 24,426 passengers it flew in February 2022. The Star Alliance member said passenger revenue for the 28 days declined 20.9%, to TW$8.1 billion (US$261 million), against the previous month. Compared with pre-COVID-19 demand, the February figures were 96.7% of the 995,238 passengers EVA transported in February 2019 and 96.8% of the TW$8.3 billion in passenger revenue booked for the month.
