Electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft company, Joby Aviation, has successfully completed piloted test flights with a full transition from vertical to cruise flight and transition back from cruise to vertical flight.

Sabre is selling its Hospitality Solutions business to TPG for US$1.1 billion with the transaction to close by September, Sabre said in a regulatory filing.

Vietnam Airlines has expanded its agreement with Adyen to cover payments by customers with credit cards and digital payments such as Alipay and WeChat Pay in more international markets. “With Adyen’s global reach and advanced payment solutions, we offer travelers around the world a smooth, secure and flexible payment experience supporting major card networks and emerging payment methods alike,” Vietnam Airlines deputy director of finance and accounting, Bui Tran Cuong, said.
