Air Mauritius extends strategic partnership with Emirates Airline

Emirates Airline and Air Mauritius have renewed their longstanding partnership, which includes reciprocal code-sharing on selected routes beyond the gateways of each airline and cooperation on frequent flyer programs and cargo handling services. Read More » Air Mauritius has its code on Emirates operated flights to Cairo, Colombo, Karachi, Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh, and Emirates has its code on the Air Mauritius Mauritius–Antananarivo route. Air Mauritius also can sell seats across the Emirates network on an interline basis. “Now in its 23rd year, our partnership with Air Mauritius has allowed us to continuously provide value to the island nation, through our passenger operations, cargo handling capabilities and more, with tangible contributions that have helped build a strong and sustainable tourism economy,” Emirates deputy president and chief commercial officer, Adnan Kazim, said. Emirates launched scheduled services to Mauritius in 2002.
