China Southern Airlines reports 18.6% increase in international passengers

China Southern Airlines (CSA) transported 13.6 million passengers on international routes last month, a 3.9% increase compared with the matching days in 2024. Read More » Passenger traffic for the month increased 6.7% year-on-year and capacity expanded 4.6% against June 2024. Load factor was higher by 1.7% against 12 months ago, at 85.2%. The CSA Group introduced an A321neo and three B737-8s to its fleet in the month and retired one 737-800. At June 30, China’s largest carrier was operating 943 commercial aircraft.
