Air Lease Corporation to be acquired by four member global consortium

The transaction valued the company at US$7.4 billion or US$28.2 billion when debt obligations were considered. ALC’s board unanimously approved the sale. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by June 2026. "This is an exciting next chapter for Air Lease.
