FedEx said it is working with Boeing and U.S. aircraft safety regulators to return to service by May 31 the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 cargo planes it grounded after the deadly crash of MD-11 operated by UPS.
Greenport Agency (GPA), a group company of Narita International Airport Corporation (NAA), will be holding bus tours from March to May that will take visitors to “restricted areas” that are normally off-limits to anyone but authorized personnel. The regular tours will take visitors around the airport on an open-top, double-decker sightseeing bus called the “Sky Bus,” and will run for a total of six days on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Australian Airports Association has made its Federal Budget submission, advocating for a strong, sustainable aviation sector that supports passengers, communities and the national economy. A key focus of the submission is border modernisation. “With international travel continuing to surge, Australia’s borders need to be efficient, reliable and future-ready. Reinvesting growth-driven revenue into modern border processing, digital systems and workforce capability will improve the passenger experience, lift productivity and help Australia keep pace with regional competitors,” the Association said.
LOT Polish Airlines (LOT) announced that from February 1, 2026, until July 31, 2026, it will run the second edition of “Michelin-Starred Flavours in LOT Business Class” programme in partnership with the Polish Tourist Organization. This time, the menu has been compiled by Artur Skotarczyk, Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Muga restaurant, to “reflect local flavours and traditions woven from the best recipes and carefully selected products.” The offer is available to business class passengers travelling on selected long-haul flights departing from Warsaw, including flights on the Warsaw-Seoul Incheon and Warsaw-Tokyo Narita routes, by placing the order while booking the ticket, or via the “Manage your booking” tab on LOT’s website at least 24 hours before departure.
