Read More » Revenue rose 6% to 73.4 billion euro Airbus said in a regulatory filing. The company’s commercial aircraft business increased revenue 4% to 52.6 billion euro, while earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were down 11% at 4.6 billion euro. "2025 was a landmark year, characterized by very strong demand for our products and services across all businesses, a record financial performance and strategic milestones," Airbus CEO, Guillaume Faury, said. "We successfully navigated a complex and dynamic operating environment to deliver on our updated guidance. Global demand for commercial aircraft underpins our ongoing production ramp-up that we are managing while facing significant Pratt & Whitney engine shortages." The company is targeting 870 commercial aircraft deliveries this year, compared with 793 deliveries in 2025. Airbus said Pratt & Whitney’s failure to commit to the number of engines ordered by Airbus was "negatively impacting this year’s guidance and the ramp up trajectory".
