JAL Group maintained steady passenger traffic performance in February

JAL Group carriers flew 625,673 passengers on international routes in February 2026, 1.8% less than during the same month last year. Read More » The passenger demand (RPK) on international routes increased 0.3%, and the capacity (ASK) increased 2.1%. The average passenger load factor on international routes reached 86.1% for the month. The biggest year-on-year increase, 8.6%, was recorded on routes to Oceania. The routes to Korea recorded the biggest year-on-year decline, at 19.7%. In February, over 3 million passengers used domestic flights operated by JAL Group’s carriers, a 1.7% year-on-year increase. Passenger demand on domestic services increased by 0.9%, while capacity declined by 0.5%. The average passenger load factor on domestic flights in February reached 87.5%.
