China Southern Airlines, Xiamen Airlines announce order for a combined 137 Airbus aircraft

China Southern Airlines (CSA) has signed a purchase agreement with Airbus for 102 A320neo family aircraft. Read More » In addition to this triple-digit order, CSA subsidiary, Xiamen Airlines, has signed a separate purchase agreement with Airbus for 35 A320neo family narrowbodies. The aircraft will be delivered between 2028 and 2032. "The purchase will help enhance the group’s market competitiveness by increasing its flight capacity," CSA said in a regulatory filing. Both CSA and Xiamen Airlines are current operators of A320neo family aircraft.
