Arkia Israeli Airlines and El Al are planning to launch flights to Vietnam in October

Arkia Israeli Airlines announced it will launch the Tel Aviv-Ho Chi Minh City route in October this year. Read More » It will be the carrier’s second service to Vietnam, after the Tel Aviv-Hanoi service was introduced earlier this year. Arkia CEO Oz Berlowitz described the launch of the Ho Chi Minh City route as “the right move” following the initial success of the Hanoi service.
On October 24, 2026, Israel’s national carrier, El Al, will launch the Tel Aviv-Hanoi route, operated three times per week with Boeing 787 aircraft. The flights are scheduled until March 25, 2027, with the possibility of increased frequencies in line with passenger demand.
