Airports of Thailand reported net profit rose 13.2% to 5.7 billion baht (US$175 million) in the three months to March 31 2026, while revenue was up 2.7% at 18.9 billion baht. The company said in a regulatory filing it had implemented an incentive scheme project for slot management at its six airports to mitigate the impact on passenger demand from the ongoing conflict in the Gulf region.
Aerospace supplier, Innovative Aerosystems, reported net profit fell 35.6% to US$3.4 million in the three months to March 31 2026, while sales were 2% higher at US$22.4 million. "For the balance of the fiscal year, we expect our business to continue on a favourable growth trajectory," CEO Shahram Askarpour, said.
Sabre is raising US$150 million in fresh capital through the issuing of new exchangeable senior notes with an interest rate of 7% due in 2031. The proceeds raised will be used to refinance existing debt.
