ANA HOLDINGS INC., the parent of All Nippon Airways, has made an investment in transport automation company Phoxter Corporation. The investment builds on ANA’s previous collaboration with Phoxter, which included the use of 60 automated guided vehicles at Tokyo Narita Airport’s cargo hub.
Atlas Air has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 49% stake in cargo charter operator Air Atlanta for an undisclosed sum.
Vietjet and the Thailand Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) have signed a cooperation agreement to work together to build an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) technical centre at U-Tapao International Airport.
