DXC Technology announced that it has been selected by Perth Airport as Master Systems Integrator (MSI) for the new terminal development. As MSI, DXC will be responsible for the design, integration, testing and commissioning of more than 70 information technology and operational systems that will support the new terminal facilities in addition to ensuring they work together to deliver a connected and seamless passenger experience.
Capital A has disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Move Digital, has received a notice of seizure or attachment from the Sheriff of the Supreme Court of Singapore as part of ongoing enforcement proceedings related to a shareholder dispute involving fintech company BigPay.
Aviation Capital Group announced today that it has completed the amendment and restatement of its senior unsecured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and extended the final maturity date of the facility from June 2028 to June 2030.
