Singapore Airlines (SIA) has appointed corporate lawyer, Adrian Chan Pengee, as an independent non-executive director. Read More » The 61-year-old Chan, who is a senior partner and head of corporate at law firm Lee & Lee LLP, is currently the chair at two companies and a director of six other companies. "Mr Chan will be stepping off one of his other listed boards by the end of its current financial year or at its next annual general meeting," SIA said in a regulatory filing.
