Cargolux has selected Cathay Technologies - a Cathay Group company - to provide an Electronic Flight Folder (EFF) solution, which gives pilots access to critical flight information such as flight plans, load sheets and fuel data, for its flight operations.
Taiwan-headquartered China Airlines (CAL) has launched a new customer service tool supported by Agentic AI technology for cargo clients on its website and app. "The Cargo AI Customer Service can understand complex questions to provide cargo owners and shipping agents with around-the-clock support," CAL said. "Customers can now keep track of critical logistic movements and enjoy an interactive digital experience that offers greater convenience."
