Scoot launches Spider-Man themed flights on 787-9 and A321neo

Scoot has decked out the cabin interiors of two aircraft in a Spider-Man theme as part of the Singapore Airlines Group LCC’s collaboration with the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie from Sony Pictures. Read More » The inaugural flight with the new interiors was on 787-9 registration VJ-OJK, which took off from Singapore last night as TR882 bound for Tokyo Haneda. Passengers on board will hear a welcome message from Spider-Man during boarding while walking past Spider-Man themed decals on the cabin monuments. They will be able to rest their heads on Spider-Man headrest covers and receive a free gift of a flight tag or eco-bag as a gift with a purchase on board. The themed flights on a 787-9 and an A321neo were scheduled to operate to select cities in Australia, China, Japan, the Philippines and Thailand until September 13, with flights labelled on the Scoot website. "From themed check-in counter screens to lift decals, customers can look forward to unforgettable photo opportunities from the moment they check in for their flight," Scoot said. "In addition, an augmented reality interactive photobooth will be set up at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 Arrival Hall, for members of the public to capture memorable moments with their friendly neighbourhood hero."
