STARLUX Airlines signs lease agreement with BOC Aviation for eight Airbus A321neo

The Singapore-headquartered leasing company BOC Aviation announced it has placed eight Airbus A321neo aircraft from its order book with Taiwan’s STARLUX Airlines. Read More » All aircraft will be powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines and are scheduled for delivery starting in 2028. “The A321neos that will be delivered to STARLUX from 2028 are amongst the most fuel-efficient aircraft in production and should demonstrate their versatility in supporting the airline’s regional network growth,” Paul Kent, CEO BOC Aviation commented.

In other STARLUX Airlines news: On June 1, 2026, the carrier announced that on October 2, 2026, it will launch the Taichung-Sapporo route, operated five times per week.
