Archer Aviation and Boeing have agreed a deal for Archer to acquire three Boeing businesses - electric vertical takeoff and landing company, Wisk Aero, air traffic management company, SkyGrid and uncrewed aircraft systems company, Insitu. The pair has also signed a collaboration and technology-sharing arrangement for Boeing to retain access to the Wisk core autonomous flight technology for its current and next-generation commercial and defence aircraft.

Mastercard has opened a premium passenger lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. The lounge, which is open to eligible cardholders - some complimentary, some for a fee - is Mastercard’s first "Taste by Priceless" airport lounge in the Asia-Pacific region and second overall alongside an existing facility at São Paulo. A third lounge, to be located at Mexico City, is slated to open later this year.
