Japan Airlines (JAL) has updated its schedule on several international routes for the upcoming northern hemisphere winter. Read More » For the seasonal cycle, to next March, Tokyo Haneda-San Francisco is going daily and Haneda-London Heathrow and Haneda-Bangkok Suvarnabhumi will be double daily. The oneworld alliance member also will operate daily Tokyo Narita-Taipei Taoyuan from December and seasonal Osaka Kansai-Taoyuan services in January. More immediately, the carrier will resume Narita-Shanghai Pudong tomorrow (November 10). JAL has only been selling Pudong-Narita flights as Mainland borders remain closed and Japan was largely closed to international visitors until mid-October. “We will continue to plan the resumption of these routes by increasing frequency and developing other China routes, while monitoring immigration restrictions, the quarantine system and demand,” JAL said of its Mainland network.
