Cathay Pacific is now flying first class Hong Kong-London Heathrow with Paris and Tokyo Haneda to follow in the New Year. Read More » Aircraft operating the airline’s CX251/CX252 Hong Kong-London route have included a first class cabin since December 5. Flights with first class on the Paris route will re-start on January 18 and Tokyo Haneda from February 1. “We are extremely excited to be bringing back our first class service after an extended absence as the world’s appetite for travel comes roaring back,” Cathay Pacific general manager for customer experience and design, Vivian Lo, said. The oneworld alliance carrier’s 294-seat 777-300ERs feature six first, 53 business, 34 premium economy and 201 economy seats. It is the only aircraft type in the Cathay Pacific fleet offering four classes including first.
