Changi Airport Group (CAG) has announced the winning bids for two contracts relating to the construction of CAG’s Terminal 5. A China Communications Construction Company Limited-Obayashi Singapore Pte Ltd joint venture is the successful tenderer for the S$3.8 billion (US$2.9 billion) contract to build the substructure of the new terminal and Hwa Seng Builder has secured the S$950 million contract for airside infrastructure works.
