Thai Airways International (THAI) said the country's Central Bankruptcy Court has signed off on the company's successful completion of its business rehabilitation plan. Read More » As a consequence, the THAI board has resumed full authority and responsibility for managing the airline's business. “The company would like to report the Central Bankruptcy Court has issued an order to terminate the company's business rehabilitation process from June 16,” THAI said in a regulatory filing. “As a result, the authority of the administrators to manage the company's business assets has ceased.”
