He has held the senior roles of general manager of the flight technology management department, the chief captain of the chief flight team, Air China chief pilot and vice president and the chief operating officer of the carrier. He also has served as general manager and a director of China Eastern Air Holding Company and general manager and vice chairman of China Eastern Airlines.
