Vietjet adds new Da Nang-Kuala Lumpur route

Vietjet has commenced nonstop flights between Da Nang in central Vietnam and the Malaysia capital Kuala Lumpur. Read More » The inaugural service, operated by A321 registration VN-A633, took off from Da Nang at about 1000 local time on Sunday (October 26), landing in Kuala Lumpur two hours later. The return service landed back at Da Nang at about 1610. It is Vietjet’s third nonstop route to Kuala Lumpur alongside existing flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. "The new Da Nang–Kuala Lumpur route brings Vietjet’s total services between Vietnam and Malaysia to 42 flights per week," the LCC said. Vietjet is the only Vietnam-based carrier offering nonstop flights on the Da Nang-Kuala Lumpur route alongside three Malaysia-based carriers - AirAsia Malaysia, Batik Air Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines.
