On October 29, 2025, China’s Xiamen Airlines accepted its first Airbus A320neo into its fleet. Read More » The airplane with registration number B-32MY is powered by CFM LEAP-1A engines. The aircraft features a 180-seat all-economy class layout, and AIRSPACE interior with amenities such as a starry-sky patterned ceiling, multi-color ambient lighting, a new overhead bin, and seat power outlets with USB-C ports. Xiamen Air is already using the bigger A320 family jets, the A321neo. The A320neo debut by the carrier was originally planned for September 29, 2025, on the Xiamen-Jinan route.
