Air China, Swire Group increase shareholding after Cathay Pacific Airways share buyback

The Swire Group’s equity has risen to 47.64%, from 43.08% previously. Air China’s shareholding has grown more than two percentage points to 29.97%, from 27.1%. Other independent shareholders have built their equity by 0.15 of a percentage point, to 22.4%. Finally, HSBC Life (International) Limited’s ownership was at 0.00033%, up from 0.00030%.
