AirAsia X has appointed independent non-executive director Tan Sri Jamaludin bin Ibrahim as its new board chair. Read More » Tan Sri Jamaludin, who was previously chair of AirAsia Aviation Group, joined the AirAsia X board in February. He has replaced Dato’ Fam Lee Ee as AirAsia X chair. Dato’ Fam remains on the board as a non-independent, non-executive director.
