Airbus reports 60 deliveries for March

Airbus delivered 60 commercial aircraft to 38 customers in March, bringing to 114 the total number of aircraft handed over to customers through the first three months of this year. Read More » While the March output represented an increase from the 35 deliveries in February, the 114 total deliveries in the first quarter of calendar 2026 was below the 136 aircraft it handed over to customers in the same three months last year. The company’s orders and deliveries data for March showed the 60 aircraft comprised 41 A320 family aircraft, eight A220 family aircraft, three A330-900s and eight A350 family aircraft. The airframer booked gross orders for 331 aircraft last month, underpinned by Saudi Arabia-based NAS Aviation Services’ order for 100 A320neo family aircraft, China Eastern Airlines’ order for 101 aircraft, comprising 18 A320neos and 83 A321neos, and Delta Air Lines’ order for 16 A330-900s and 15 A350-900s. Airbus total gross orders in the year to March stood at 408 aircraft. Net orders were 398 aircraft, owing to 10 cancellations in the month.
